This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through electronic or digital means, including our website www.ryzeproducts.com, our mobile website, our social media pages (which shall include but is not limited to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.), and other electronic and digital means of communication that we control and/or that contain a link to this Privacy Policy (collectively referred to herein as our “Digital Platforms”).
Unless disclosed otherwise, our affiliated sites are governed by this Privacy Policy.
Our Digital Platforms may contain links to third party sites that are not owned or controlled by Ryze Company. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the practices of such other sites and you acknowledge the same. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of each and every website that you visit.
This Privacy Policy governs your privacy rights. We recommend reading this Privacy Policy in its entirety. By using our Digital Platforms, you consent to this Privacy Policy (and any subsequent amendments).
Section 2 – Information We Collect.
2.1 Information Provided by You. You can provide us information through various means using our Digital Platforms. We collect personal information, which identifies you as an individual. The information we collect may include the following: name, address, telephone number(s), email address(es), date of birth, credit, debit or other payment account number, social media account identification, commercial information (such as the products you have viewed or purchased), physical characteristics, health & medical information, user content, and inferenced drawn from any or all of the foregoing. Most of this information is collected directly from you when you visit our website, make a purchase, link your social media account, or sign up to receiving marketing communications.
2.2 Information We Automatically Collect from You. We collect certain information automatically as you use our Digital Platforms, including your Internet Protocol address, browser type, computer type, type of mobile device, mobile carrier, computer operating system, the site from where you navigated to our Digital Platforms, the time and date of using the Digital Platforms, whether you are a repeat visitor, how long you use the Digital Platforms and the pages that you view.

2.6 Age Restriction. Our website and our products are not intended for or directed to children under the age of thirteen and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen on our website. If we become aware that a child under the age of thirteen has provided us with personal information, we will delete the information from our records.
Section 3 – How Ryze Company Uses Your Information.
3.1 To Provide Products, Services, and Information. As described above, we collect information from you so that we can provide products and services that you purchase or otherwise request using the Digital Platforms and information that you request from us. For example, we use your personal information to provide services and products to you, process payments, including credit card, debit card and bank account debit (ACH) transactions, contact you regarding promotions and other services, and other administrative information, and respond to your inquiries, comments, reviews, etc. We also may use your information to communicate to you, help you place an order, assist with product selection, past purchases, and in creating or maintaining your account.
3.2 Marketing Emails. We may use your information to send you marketing communications that we believe may be of interest to you. We may use your information for our business purposes, such as data analysis, developing new products and services, enhancing, improving or modifying our Digital Platforms, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and operating and determining what feature products our clients and users are most interested in. We do this to operate and improve our business.

Section 4 – How Your Information is Shared.
4.1 Our Third Party Service Providers. We may share your information with our third party service providers and agents who provide services such as website hosting, data analysis, order fulfillment, information technology and related infrastructure provision, customer service, email delivery, text messaging, credit card or other payment processing, auditing and similar services. This information will be kept confidential by them.
4.2 Advertising and Third Party Advertisers. We may use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements regarding goods and services that may be of interest to you when you access and use our Digital Platforms, based on your use of our Digital Platforms and other websites and online services on any of your devices, as well as on information received from third parties. We may share aggregate Digital Platforms usage information with third party advertisers and partners for the purpose of effectively targeting our online advertisements. 4.3 Legal Requests or Requirements and to Prevent Harm. 4.4 Sharing by You. If you post anything on our Digital Platforms, please note that any information you post or disclose through these services will become public information. Do not disclose your personal information. You may ask us to remove content or information that you have posted to the Digital Platforms by writing to the email address listed in Section 1. We cannot guarantee that a third-party has not taken, used, or reposted your content and we will remove your content from our Digital Platforms within forty-eight (48) hours of your request.
4.5 Sharing with Other Services. If you choose to connect our Digital Platform to your social media account(s), we may share your information with such platform. You may revoke your consent to such sharing by changing the thirdparty platform’s settings.
4.6 Transfer in the Event of Sale or Change of Control. We reserve the right to transfer your information to another person or entity in the event that a more than 50% of Ryze Company or its assets are sold.
4.7 Other Sharing of Non-Personally Identifiable Information. We may share non-personally identifiable information with third parties unless not permitted by applicable law.
Section 5 - Access to Your Information and Opt Out.
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we have collected and maintain about you, update and correct inaccuracies in your personal information, and have the personal information deleted, as appropriate. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by local law. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
You can opt-out of receiving marketing emails from Ryze Company by using the unsubscribe feature contained in the e-mails or by sending us an email to [email protected]. Please note that if your opt-out request is specific to the particular type of email communication you receive from us, you will not receive that specific type of email but may receive other types of emails.
If we send you marketing or advertising text messages, you can opt-out of receiving text messages from us by replying STOP or by sending us an email to [email protected].
We will try to comply with your request(s) as soon as reasonably practicable.
Section 6 - Security of Your Information.
We try our best to use industry standard security measures designed to protect your personally identifiable information. However, no data transmission or storage system is or can be made 100% secure and you acknowledge this. If you have reason to believe that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised, please immediately notify us.
Unless you’re using an encrypted email, we strongly advise you not to communicate any confidential information in your emails to us.
Section 7 – Changes to Our Privacy Policy.
If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes to the Privacy Policy so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review the Privacy Policy from time to time. Section 8 – Additional Information If You Live in California.
Under California privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), we are required to notify California residents about how we use their personal information.

Financial Incentive. We may offer you various financial incentives such as discounts and special offers when you provide us with contact information and identifiers such as your name and email address. When you sign-up for our loyalty program, email list or other discounts and special offers, you opt-in to a financial incentive. You may withdraw from a financial incentive at any time by opting out from our email or closing your loyalty member account. Generally, we do not assign monetary or other value to personal information, however, California law requires that we assign such value in the context of financial incentives. In such context, the value of the personal information is related to the estimated cost of providing the relevant financial incentive(s) for which the information was collected.
